| I really agree with your opinion that the state should step up and help the youth. But I don't think it's ever right not to strengthen punishment because very few teens commit crimes. Please don't generalize the number of criminals because there are many cases that are not very controversial. The number of juvenile crimes is increasing every year, and the number of victims is increasing every year. We have to strengthen the juvenile law to protect the victims. | |||||
